Adam is a trained marketing expert and brand manager in the food and beverage sector. With over a decade in marketing, he started life at PHD and Mediacom, two of the biggest and best media agencies in the world. Adam has worked with some of the largest consumer food brands on the planet, helping consumer businesses like McCain, Muller, Snickers and Mars with their marketing. He’s also headed up the marketing functions for iconic bakery Lola’s Cupcakes and the healthy ready-meal brand Scoff Meals.
A strategic, process-driven specialist with a marketing and brand mini MBA from Professor Mark Ritson under his belt, outside of work Adam can often be found swearing at his shocking golf technique or complaining about his thankless Spurs addiction.
Matt is an award-winning operations and commercial leader within the F&B sector. For twenty years he has worked in senior roles some of the UKs biggest businesses, as well as leading M&S International division. An expert in turnaround projects, and specialist in developing data driven business plans for the short, medium and long term, before seeing them through to implementation.
Matt believes in cutting through the noise and focusing on the important elements that drive businesses forward in a sustainable and people focused manner.
Outside of work, Matt is a published author and can regularly be found on the archery range or running the roads around his local town.
Agata is the founder and director of HR People First Consultancy, an outsourced HR company she established in 2018 that specialises in supporting businesses with their HR, Training and Recruitment. With over a decade of HR and management experience, Agata has been a guiding force and a source of leadership for senior managers across both startup ventures and well-established companies.
Educationally, Agata holds a Master’s in Human Resources, focusing on Employment Law. Notably, she is a Chartered CIPD Member, underlining her commitment to professional excellence. As a certified ITA NLP Practitioner since 2015, Agata brings a holistic approach to her consultancy work.
Agata’s distinct qualities shine through her passionate nature and unwavering commitment to delivering excellence through people. Her company reflects this commitment, making HR People First a unique and valued entity in the consultancy landscape.

Carly is an experienced Virtual Assistant and has over 15 years of providing support to Executives and Senior Leadership Teams within the Corporate, Private and Charity Sectors across a range of industries.
She is extremely proficient in Microsoft Office and associated programs and her years of administration and professional experience has enabled her to attain certifications as a Certified Microsoft Professional.
In Carly’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and is often found enjoying long walks along the beaches of North Kent’s coastline.
Andy brings over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on consultancy roles and in-house senior management. Starting his career at Dunlop Hayward Lorenz, he has since occupied key positions at pan-European retail consultancy Western Ridge, and with occupiers Itsu, and Patisserie Holdings. As a real estate specialist, Andy primarily advises retail and food & beverage occupiers on their strategic positioning across the UK and Ireland. His expertise spans start up fast growth and established businesses, helping his clients optimise their footprint and navigate market dynamics.
Outside of work, Andy is an avid long distance runner and enjoys wild camping and exploring new restaurants.
Bilal Zaman is a distinguished finance professional with over 14 years of experience in advisory and accountancy. Bilal is a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualified expert and an associate member, Also holding a degree from a reputable UK university.
His extensive experience and subject matter expertise make him a trusted adviser in the financial landscape. His services include business consultancy, tax compliance, accounting, consolidation, payroll management and other finance and accounting-related services to local and foreign companies, sole traders and partnerships.
Jay is an experienced management professional who consistently delivers exceptional results within the hospitality service sector. Excelling in performance, potential and competency ratings, and specialising in strategic leadership, multi-site operations, and operational excellence.
His career journey has taken me from GM, Retail Audit, Learning & Development, Area Management, Operations Director, and Senior Operational Excellence Manager for leading international and national brands and companies
He has worked across international & national markets, franchise & equity systems, public & private equity companies, and in over 20 brands in pubs, pub restaurants, hotels, Grab and Go, and QSR sectors
